Enkel fiskgratäng med smak av chili

4 portioner

Du behöver:

400 g torkfilé
1 stor morot
½ purjolök
200 g crème fraiche med paprika och chili (Arla)
Salt, svartpeppar
Råris

Gör så här:

Dela torken i små bitar och lägg dem i en ugnsform. Riv moroten och sprid ut över fisken. Skölj purjolöken och skiva den i tunna ringar. Sprid även ute denna i ugnsformen.

Krydda crème fraichen med salt och peppar. Skeda sedan över den över fisken i ett jämnt lager, och tillaga fiskgratängen mitt i ugnen i 200°C i ca 25-30 minuter, tills dess att torken är vit och genomkokt.

Servera fiskgratängen tillsammans med nykokt råris.
