Hi guys! Today I'm going to try out a new recipe for rye bread. I've been enjoying it lately so I thought I'd try to make it myself since it's a lot more affordable and you get full control of what you put in it. I like to avoid chemical substances and unnatural ingredients as much as possible and making something at home from scratch is the best option to get full control over what you put in your body.
I'm going to use this recipe, but I'm going to tweak it a little to fit my preferences. Below is the picture borrowed from the original recipe. I'll be back later to tell you how it went and to share my version of the recipe. So stay tuned for part two :)
