Healthy Homemade Chocolate

Hi guys! Christmas is just around the corner so today I wanted to share a recipe with you for my healthy homemade chocolate. Didn't think chocolate could be healthy? Well, think again!

In the video below I will take you through the process step by step, and all of the measurements along with written instructions will be down below :D


Measurements:
100 ml coconut oil
100 ml unsweetened cacao powder
1-2 tbs of agave syrup
Toppings of your choice, I used hazelnuts and almonds

Directions:
Line a rectangular plastic box with some tinfoil, making sure there are no air bubbles and that the corners are perfect.

Melt the coconut oil in a bowl over some hot water and stir until it's clear and clump free. Add the unsweetened cacao powder and mix until the batter is once again clump free.

Add the agave syrup and stir. Chop your toppings into tiny pieces and add them to your chocolate batter. Mix everything together until your toppings are completely coated.

Pour the chocolate batter into your mold, spreading it out evenly and push it into each corner. Put it in the freezer to set for 2-3 hours or overnight.

Once your batter is completely set, remove your bar from the mold and break it into bite sized pieces. Sore it in a plastic container in the freezer until you want to eat it!

That's it! Now you have your very own healthy homemade chocolate. Easy, right?
