Good evening everyone! I thought I’d share a quick and tasty recipe with you guys: Pizza Sandwiches. A slightly healthier alternative to ordinary pizza, but the number one perk is that it is super family friendly! Everyone can choose their own toppings and make their own favorite. We made one with ham, olives and tomatoes, and another with ham and fresh pineapple. And of course extra black pepper on top!
Mix one part ketchup and one part chili sauce in a small bowl. Add your favorite spices, I used salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes and oregano. Mix and spread on slices of whole grain toast. For super crunchy crust, put the slices in a toaster frits. Add your favorite toppings and put a few slices of cheese on top. Cook in the oven until the cheese has melted, about 5 minutes at 200°C heat. Enjoy! :D
